The Willoughby Spring Festival is produced for the community by Willoughby City Council. All sections of Council – Councillors, Committees, Community, Corporate,

Environmental and Infrastructure Services staff participates in staging the celebrations.

They take part by running events, providing risk, traffic and waste services management, customer service, accounting, IT support as well as education programs that highlight the services Council offers to the community.

The Willoughby Spring Festival provides grants for the community to run events during September. Funding applications open in December each year and we encourage you to take part.
